Industrial Oil Water Separators | Above & Below Ground Systems

Industrial oil water separators for wastewater, wash bays, manufacturing, marine, and oil and gas applications. Above- and below-ground systems are engineered for your flow, oil load, and discharge requirements.

Oil Water Separator products

Industrial oil water separators are used as pretreatment to remove free and dispersed, non-emulsified hydrocarbons and settleable solids from wastewater. Ecologix designs systems for gasoline, diesel, motor oil, crude oil, wash-water, stormwater, marine, manufacturing, and oil-and-gas applications.

The right separator depends on more than the nominal flow rate. Oil specific gravity, droplet size, temperature, solids loading, oil concentration, installation conditions, and required effluent quality all affect sizing and treatment selection. For emulsified or dissolved hydrocarbons, a separator may need to be followed by polishing media, DAF, or another treatment process.

Use our oil-water separator sizing calculator to start, or send your wastewater details to our engineering team.

Above Ground Oil Water Separator

Above Ground Oil Water Separators

Ecologix above ground oil water separators use parallel corrugated plate technology that causes oil droplets to increase in size, and separate more quickly.

AHP-55 Liquid Phase Vessel

AHP-55 Liquid Phase Vessels

Ecologix AHP-55 Liquid Phase Vessels charged with our OrganoClay media are designed for the removal of free floating oil droplets and sheens in water.

Below Ground Oil Water Separator

Below Ground Oil Water Separators

The Ecologix HQB Cylindrical Gravity Displacement Oil Water Separator will remove essentially 100% of all free and dispersed non-emulsified oil from the water stream larger than 20 microns in diameter with a specific gravity of .88 or less.

OilFree Filter Cartridges

OilFree Filter Cartridges

OilFree is a patented polymeric technology that is applied to all Oilfree filter cartridges and related technologies. The Oilfree solution removes hydrocarbons from water, emulsified pollutants from water, PCB's, BTEX, oily sheen, synthetic and natural oils, solvents and organically bound metals from water.
